Penelope Ann was born on April 27th, 1958.  Penelope Ann's father is Isaac (Tommy) Thomas and her mother was Edna Beryl Kaplan.  Her maternal grandparents were Aaron Kaplan and Gerta Bautzer.  She has a brother and a sister, named Michael Benjamin and Philippa.  She is the second oldest of the three children.  She has a half-brother and a half-sister, named Edward and Harriet.
